Employee Monitoring

Let's imagine that you are the manager of a large company and you want to keep a close eye over your employee's computer activity. For this, you will need to monitor each computer separately, which can take a lot of time and may be really disturbing. A much better solution would be to install the Employee Monitoring computer application, a Windows program which was specially designed for remotely monitoring any computer, using the local network.

The program package includes two executable files, one for the employer's computer, and the other for each of the employees' computers. After installing both of them, the manager should define a password for the administration interface. After that, one will be able to easily add the employees' PCs into the program's interface. This can be done by automatically scanning the network.

After adding the employees' computers into the program's interface, the manager will be able to monitor each of them in real time. As such, he will be able to view the desktop, typed keys, open websites, running processes and open windows. All this information will automatically update itself as the employee uses his computer.

Employee Monitoring includes a feature for offline monitoring, which automatically creates a log file containing the complete PC activity of the employee. This is useful in case the manager cannot open the application or he is away from his computer. What's more, the manager can send notification messages to the employees, letting them know that they are being monitored.

All the data displayed in the program's interface can be saved as a text file, at any moment, for future analysis.
